Dear Fellow ACJA Members:

Last month I had the privilege of interviewing Debbie Mumm for our ACJA newsletter! I can’t wait for you to read about the wonderful cookie jars that are being produced of Debbie’s designs, by Sakura. Debbie’s business, Mumm’s the Word, is a multi-million dollar, international business. Her cookie jars are very sought after and I am so pleased that she allowed us in the ACJA, a glimpse into the world of Mumm’s the Word.

At the bottom of this article is a picture of Debbie and I with some of her jars, taken at her office. (Debbie is on the left, holding the cookies.)

Below it are some of the jars that have been released of Debbie’s designs this year, by Sakura. I took the picture at Mervyn’s in Spokane, WA.

The last picture is of my personal cookie jars that I have of Debbie’s.

I loved writing the article about Debbie; it will appear in the winter issue of our ACJA newsletter that you will receive in December.
